With SmartClose, you can go online -- anytime, day or night -- to see what needs to be done and who needs to do it. You can also review documents and view the history of activities related to your closing. Why Should I Use SmartClose? 1. You will be able to view and add documents related to your home closing at any time, from anywhere-- even if you are in another state or country. 2. You will be automatically notified about important closing activities such as loan approval, inspection status, and your closing date. You choose your preferred method of communication--phone, e-mail, pager, PDA, or fax. 3. All of your closing activities are recorded in an Activity Log.
