  Our Plan is meant to lead us to one simple goal: Get your property sold! This means that we will do anything needed to get you the price you want for your home. We have outlined some the techniques we will use to market your property:

  Post sale signs & directional signs to expose your property to everyone driving in the area.

  Advertise property in the local newspaper and Real Estate Magazines as well as out of area papers, ex: San Jose, Houston, Dallas

  Do mass mail outs of full color, informational post cards to your surrounding area/

  Produce color brochures and flyers to place at the property and to mail out to local brokers, and RE/MAX offices.

  List your property on the Internet in many high traffic Multiple Listing Sites, ex: Realtor.com, MSN’s Homeadvisor.com, Yahoo! Real Estate.

  Create a personalized web site just for your property, the site will have directions, neighborhood information, high quality digital photos, and information about your home…the site will be placed on my domain, ex: www.jerryrusso.com/stonebeauty/ (try the link out!)

  Produce a “Virtual Tour” of your home to be placed on the Internet, to allow people to view your home without leaving their computers.

  Network with agents and local offices, "Word of Mouth" promotions at every opportunity.
