Buying a home? whether  from a builder, a home owner, or a bank. It is typical in our market for the seller to pay the real estate broker that represents the buyer a commission of about three (3) percent of the sales price. Using me as your REALTOR can save you a lot of money. Here is how. I will keep One Thousand ($1,000) for my expenses and give all the rest to you, the buyer. That means any and all commission or bonus I receive on the property you buy I will give to you except for the $1,000 I keep  for my expenses. The money will be credited to you on the closing statement. In some cases the lender will not allow me to contribute cash directly to you. In this case we will have the sales price or loan amount reduced by the that amount.

 

Similar type deals can be worked out for those veterans trying to sell their home also!
