Thinking of buying a new home? Is it a good time to buy investments?

No one knows for sure if real estate prices are going to fall more and if so, how much more. What we do know is the interest rates are very low. There are a lot of fantastic properties available right now. There may be some more down side but one could argue that there appears to be a lot of upside potential.
